Hi Meeting in the Middle Family!
As you know, I pretty much shut down Meeting in the Middle after closing the door on my podcast, I Hadn’t Considered That. It’s been a good few months of me working to create some alignment in my life and searching for the best way for me to do what I love best: working to acknowledge the midlife experience as an amazing phase of life that deserves recognition and exploration.
Particularly, I remain a staunch advocate for midlife women who feel like it’s our job to just disappear off the face of the earth after 40. ‘Cause we ain’t doin’ that.
I have continued writing but mainly over on Medium, which you can check out HERE. But, I wanted to check in with you because I have some amazing things I am working on and an incredible resource for midlife women I want to share with you.
This little gem. I think a common thread for so many of us in midlife is that we just feel…off. Something is not right. We’re restless. We’re discontent. We’re freaking bored. We’ve got a dull rage and we have no idea why. We want to sell all of our things and buy a camper (No, really, I did that).
This little gem is a quick assessment that helps you identify what it is that is off. It’s hard. It’s some freaking truth but it’s beautiful. The best part is that when you know what’s off, you can start to fix what it off.
It’s based on a proven and reliable psychological well-being assessment, so it’s not magic. It’s peer-reviewed legit.
Is it specifically for women? No. But, the follow-up information is. So, word of warning, if you’re a guy and take the assessment, you may end up with an email with tips about hot flashes. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
